Domestic Abuse Support & Useful Contacts

Multiple hands of different skin tones forming a heart shape on a pink background.

If you have been affected by domestic abuse, or you are currently living in an unsafe space, please know that support is available and you do not have to face this alone.

Whether you need emergency help, someone to talk to, legal guidance, housing support, financial advice, or specialist services, there are organisations across the UK ready to help — safely, confidentially, and without judgement.

This page brings together trusted UK-based charities, helplines, and support services for people experiencing domestic abuse, violence, coercive control, displacement, or crisis situations. Some organisations also offer specialist support for refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, men, women, children, and people with disabilities.

If you are in immediate danger, call 999. If you cannot speak, press 55 when prompted and the operator will know you need urgent help.

Please note: this list is not exhaustive, and additional local and national support services may also be available in your area.
